Quick Look
Do you have a few pages of strategic writing that you just don’t love? Would you like feedback from a friendly, good-faith reader — absolutely free?
I’d be happy to take a Quick Look!
You could choose a stand-alone document, such as a brochure, newsletter, blog post, etc., or two key pages from a longer document. It’s totally up to you.
I’ll give you two or three practical suggestions for clarifying and strengthening your message.
If that’s all you need, great! Hopefully it was a good experience and you’ll keep me in mind when you have a more complex project.
If your document would benefit from a more thorough review, that’s great too! We can discuss possible next steps for working together. I’ll still give you two or three actionable ideas you can use right away.
Sound good? Here’s how it works.
Step One: Share your project.
Email me your document as a link or an attachment. Include a few sentences explaining your project and your concerns about it.
For example, you could say, “This is a press release announcing our organization’s new capital campaign. It feels too long to me, but I can’t decide what to cut.”
Another example: “This is a one-sheet that provides an overview of our services for prospective clients. It was cobbled together from parts of other documents. How can I make it sound more cohesive?”
If you don’t have a specific concern, that’s okay too! I’ll see what jumps out at me.
Step Two: Schedule a 15-minute call with me.
Please allow at least three (3) business days for me to review your document before our conversation.
